Parent and Tot and KidSkate are programs unique to the Winter Club of St Catharines for our youngest skaters. These programs are ideal for 3 and 4 year old with no previous skating experience.
In Parent and Tot, preschool age children participate in a 45 minute group lesson along side a parent or guardian. The class is instructed by one of our certified coaches and includes circuits, games and activities. Please note, accompanying parents/guardians are required to pay a Skate Canada membership fee. Once completing a Parent and Tot session, skaters are ready to progress into our KidSkate or CanSkate program.
In KidSkate, preschool age children participate in a 45 minutes group lesson without a parent or guardian on the ice. The class is instructed by one of our certified coaches and includes circuits, games and activities. Once completing a KidSkate session, skaters are ready to progress into our CanSkate program.
